How an online session works

You meet your trainer by video. We might work on an upcoming presentation, an email or a recurring status meeting, practising the phrases, vocabulary and pronunciation you need for that situation. Your trainer notes down phrasing, pronunciation and vocabulary and sends you those notes by email on request. We record lessons only at the client's request.

Platform and technical requirements

We use platforms including Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. We agree a suitable platform beforehand. You need a stable internet connection, a microphone and speakers or a headset; a camera helps with conversation. For corporate courses, we also discuss your organisation's IT access requirements.

Lessons around your working day

Online lessons save travel time. Participants can join the same session from different locations. We discuss which lesson times fit your working day and are available. Lessons can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours beforehand.

One-to-one or a small group

In one-to-one lessons, we adapt exercises to your individual tasks and learning goals. In a small group, you practise conversations with other participants. We recommend three to five people with similar English levels. Each group has one regular trainer; if that trainer is ill, we provide a substitute.

Prices per 90-minute session

Online one-to-one lessons cost €90 to €110 per 90-minute session, and online small-group corporate training costs €97.50 to €105. Prices are per session and VAT-exempt. The initial consultation and placement test are free.

Placement before your first lesson

Before starting, you take our free placement test. In the initial consultation, we also discuss where you need English. This helps us adapt exercises and learning goals to your existing knowledge and work.

When online lessons suit you

Online lessons can work well if you want to avoid travel or your team works across several locations. You need a reliable connection and somewhere you can speak without interruptions. If you prefer learning together in the same room, consider our in-person options in Hanover and Berlin.
