English Crash Course – Fast Progress Guaranteed

Sometimes there is no time for a long-term language course. The new job starts in three weeks, the international trade fair is just around the corner, or the overseas assignment was announced at short notice. We developed our English crash course for exactly these situations: a compressed intensive format that delivers measurable progress in just 1–2 weeks. At Simmonds Language Services, we combine over 20 years of language training experience with cutting-edge AI technology for a learning experience that goes far beyond conventional intensive courses.

Our crash course follows a clear principle: maximum speaking time, minimum theory. In daily 4-hour sessions (Monday to Friday), you work exclusively with native-speaking trainers from the UK and USA. The lessons are fully tailored to your professional situation – whether you are preparing for client meetings, practising presentations, or training negotiation strategies in English. Each session builds on the previous one, so that by the end of the course you will notice a tangible improvement in fluency, vocabulary, and confidence.

What makes our crash course special is the combination of live training and AI-supported practice. After each in-person session, you can continue training with our AI avatar – in the evening, at weekends, or whenever you find time. The avatar simulates realistic conversation situations and gives you immediate feedback on grammar, pronunciation, and word choice. This effectively doubles your practice time without having to book additional trainer hours. This blended learning approach is why our crash course participants advance an average of half a CEFR level in just two weeks.

Before the course starts, we carry out a detailed placement test and discuss your individual goals in a consultation. On this basis, we create your personal curriculum. Whether individual training for maximum intensity or small group format (2–4 participants) for dynamic exercises – we find the format that suits you best. At the end of the course, you receive a written assessment of your progress with specific recommendations for further learning.
