Price per Employee
A concrete worked example: a team of 8 employees books 20 sessions of 90 minutes. Total cost: around €2,000 – roughly €250 per employee for a complete course programme including AI avatar speaking practice between sessions. For comparison: the same programme as one-to-one training would cost at least €1,300 per person.

Team of 10
For 10 employees, after the free placement test we usually recommend two ability-based groups of 5 – so nobody is under- or over-challenged. Two groups of 20 sessions each work out at around €4,000 in total, roughly €400 per employee for a complete programme.

Why Many Providers Don't Publish Prices
Search for 'corporate language course costs' and you find the same thing almost everywhere: a contact form instead of a number. Individual quotes are the industry norm – large providers only name prices after a sales call. That is legitimate, but it makes market comparison unnecessarily hard for HR and procurement.

Tax and Format
