How Much Does Business English Cost per Employee?
The most important point first: corporate courses are billed per 90-minute group session, not per person. An online corporate course costs €97.50–105 per session – whether 3 or 8 employees attend. So the price per employee falls as the group grows.
A concrete worked example: a team of 8 employees books 20 sessions of 90 minutes. Total cost: around €2,000 – roughly €250 per employee for a complete course programme including AI avatar speaking practice between sessions. For comparison: the same programme as one-to-one training would cost at least €1,300 per person.

What Does a Course for a Team of 10 Cost?
For 10 employees, after the free placement test we usually recommend two ability-based groups of 5 – so nobody is under- or over-challenged. Two groups of 20 sessions each work out at around €4,000 in total, roughly €400 per employee for a complete programme.

What Influences the Price?
Group size
The biggest lever: billing is per group session. 8 participants share the same session price as 3 – the per-head price drops accordingly.
Online or in-house
Online corporate courses cost €97.50–105 / 90 min, in-person training €115 / 90 min – plus travel where applicable. Learning outcomes are equivalent in both formats.
Frequency & course length
One weekly session over 20 weeks is the standard. Intensive formats (2× per week) double the pace – and the number of sessions determines the total cost.
Specialist terminology needs
General Business English or industry-specific terminology (engineering, logistics, finance)? Specialist language requires more preparation and is reflected in the quote.
Why Don't Most Providers Publish Prices?
Search for 'corporate language course costs' and you find the same thing almost everywhere: a contact form instead of a number. Individual quotes are the industry norm – large providers only name prices after a sales call. That is legitimate, but it makes market comparison unnecessarily hard for HR and procurement.

Is English Training Tax-Deductible?
