English for Project Managers – Communication That Drives Projects Forward
Project managers are the central hub of every project: they coordinate teams across borders, present results to stakeholders, and moderate sprint reviews with international developers. In these situations, your technical expertise alone is not enough – your ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and precisely in English determines project success. Whether you lead an agile team using Scrum, manage a traditional waterfall project, or work in a hybrid environment: English for Project Managers is your key competence in international projects. Our training was specifically developed for the communication demands of project managers – from sprint planning to the final report.
At Simmonds Language Services, we have been training specialists and managers in companies of all sizes since 2004. For project managers, this means: we work with your real project scenarios. Your next sprint review, your stakeholder update for the steering committee, your risk assessment for the client – all of this becomes training material. We do not practise with generic textbooks, but specifically prepare you for the English-language situations that actually occur in your daily project work. This way, you train project management English that you can use the very next day. Our native-speaking trainers understand agile methods as well as traditional project management and adapt the training to your methodology, industry, and career goals.
In addition to the 1:1 sessions with your trainer, our AI avatar technology is available to you: between training sessions, you can practise project scenarios in English at any time – simulate a sprint review, role-play a stakeholder conversation, or rehearse your presentation for the next steering committee. The AI avatars are available around the clock and provide immediate feedback on vocabulary, pronunciation, and structure. This accelerates your learning progress and gives you the confidence you need for Scrum in English and international project work. Flexible scheduling is a given: whether early morning before the daily stand-up, during your lunch break, or after work – we adapt to your project calendar.
