1 employee: online one-to-one training costs €90–110 / 90 min.
2–8 employees: €97.50–105 / 90 min for the whole group. The session price stays the same while the per-person cost falls as the group grows.
Larger teams are divided into suitable ability groups after the free placement test. Each group is calculated at the fixed session rate.
Group of 8 × 20 online sessions: around €2,000 in group costs. €2,000 ÷ 8 employees = around €250 per employee for the complete 20-session programme.
For comparison, in person: €115 × 20 sessions = €2,300; €2,300 ÷ 8 = €287.50, or around €288 per employee.
The initial consultation and placement test are free. All tuition prices are VAT-exempt under §4 no. 21 UStG.
The online price applies throughout the DACH region. There are no trainer travel or room costs.
One consistent group rate for distributed teams
Employees in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland join via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet. This removes travel costs and allows one group to span several offices.
For 20 sessions, the budget is €1,950–2,100 per group. The free placement test shows how many ability groups your team actually needs.
